How it works.
Choose your menu from the menus on my homepage. Guests eat the same menu, but i'll take care of any dietary requirements, just let me know.
I don't need a deposit, you can pay bank transfer or cash on the night.
Cost of a 3 course menu (including canapés, wood fired sourdough and smoked butter).
2 or 3 guests its $180/head weekends or $160/head weekdays.
4 to 9 guests its $140/head.
10 to 20 guests its $130/head.
Canapé functions are generally $50/ head and include 6 bitesize canapés and 2 substantial canapés.
For jobs 9 guests or more I bring a waitress and you can pay her $100 cash on the night. I charge a $25 travel fee for Eagle Bay, Dunsborough and Busselton, and $45 for Augusta.
A shared/tapas style informal meal can be done for those wanting something casual.I also LOVE to cook ethnic food; Thai, Indian, Japanese and can do a custom menu on request. Have a look at my instagram @cheffrancescagosling for inspiration.
I bring some plate wear and paper napkins.If i know the house i'll use the table ware thats there.It's helpful to let me know if your kitchen has an induction stove.
I arrive 30mins- 1 hour prior to your sit down time to set a table and serve canapés while you have an aperitif.
All I need from you is a clear workspace and sink and an empty dishwasher. I am low impact on your kitchen and leave the place clean and as i found it.
Please text me any unusual directions or hidden driveways as it can be difficult to see house numbers when its dark!
A 6.30-7.30pm start time is preferred especially in Winter.
